On September 6th, the second Vietbuild Hanoi International Exhibition 2018 was held by the Vietnam Real Estate Association and organizational board of International Real Estate would take place at the Palace of Architecture Exhibition, National Construction Plan and Hanoi Museum, the exhibition lasts until September 10th, 2018.

Following the success of the first Vietbuild International Exhibition in Hanoi held in early 2018, the second Vietbuild Hanoi International Exhibition attracted the participation of nearly 400 enterprises (DN) with 1,500 booths in which there were 261 domestic enterprises, 75 joint venture enterprises and 61 foreign enterprises and corporations from 24 countries and territories such as the United States, South Korea, Japan, England, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Thailand, Singapore, China, Vietnam … This was also an event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietbuild International Exhibition of mature and development (1998 – 2018) and one of the series of events of the International Real Estate Conference – IREC 2018.

At the exhibition, Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam, former Deputy Minister of Construction Department, emphasized that “The Vietbuild international exhibition was expected to be a good opportunity for enterprises, managers in measuring and researching clearly of their market demand. Thereby, the enterprises would orient the better development strategy, expand cooperation in many fields, promote quality, product design and calculate reasonable prices to serve consumers, contribute to market stabilization and sustainable development … “.

The exhibition would focus on introducing and displaying projects on housing and real estate, products of construction materials and interior and exterior decoration with new designs, enhanced features and quality, to meet the growing demand for housing, construction and interior and exterior decoration.

In addition to the introduction and display of products and equipment of Real Estate – Architecture and Materials for interior and exterior decoration, the exhibition also had many practical programs to serve the enterprises in international economic integration, such as: Seminar programs introducing new technologies, environmentally friendly products of Construction and Real Estate industry in integration and development; Special workshop series about VFF investment potentiality and opportunity on VFF real estate, industry; Tourism and commercial real estate; Real estate transaction floors, new policies of the construction industry …

In addition, the exhibition also had business exchange programs. Customers could also receive many advisory programs, promotion of construction materials, housing services, expanding representatives and agents when visiting the exhibition. All were aimed at boosting the market, best serving the projects in housing construction, environmental protection, … towards sustainable development, especially in the current climate change situation.

The Vietbuild international exhibition 2018 took place for 9 phases in which 3 phases took place in Hanoi. The 3rd Vietbuild Hanoi Exhibition would take place from November 23th – November 27th, 2018 with 1,700 booths of enterprises from 18 countries ….
